将apt源更换为清华大学源(国内源)

这款产品屏蔽了中国方向出和国际方向入，所以正常使用自带的debian镜像源是没问题的。只要你能忍受他的速度
如果你不能忍受，可以使用清华大学源(在白名单)
以Debian11为例，一键命令

输出 "Active: active (running)" 表明 socat 已正常运行

需要注意什么？

只有IPv6，使用起来可能会很多麻烦。共享带宽，实际带宽质量可能并不能达到期望值
